Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
Please send clear photos of the issue to our support team so we can assist you quickly.
Order Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated 5–15 business days, or you believe it may be lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
