Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please contact us before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
Please send clear photos of the issue to our support team so we can assist you quickly.

Order Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated 5–15 business days, or you believe it may be lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale items (if applicable)

You can mix and match parts from different warriors, attach weapons, change armor, and pose your knight however you like. The magnets make the entire system fast, fun, and fully modular, giving you endless customization and display possibilities.

Can I mix parts between different knights?

Absolutely! All MagnetiWarriors™ share the same modular system, so you can swap helmets, arms, legs, torsos, and weapons to create your own unique warrior.

How big are the figures?

Each MagnetiWarrior stands approximately 2.5–3 inches tall depending on the armor and helmet style — perfect for display, desks, and collectors’ shelves.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed quickly and delivered worldwide within 5–15 business days depending on your location.
